We start with breakfast featuring pastries, coffee, and juices, typically French, but can add eggs and omelets, if you like. Our full menu is available at lunch and includes many soups and salads, lots of fresh seafood, and heartier meat dishes. Pizzas start at 11:30 AM. Appetizers generally range from $6 to $12. Main courses range from $12 to $19. Our on-site pastry chef creates desserts as tasty as they are beautiful. Our wine list features several light wines (rosés and Loire valley whites) that will make a light lunch on a warm day at the the marina most pleasurable. Appetizers range in price from $5 to $10. Our traditional fish soup comes with croutons, a garlic-based rouille, and grated cheese for a taste and texture treat. Our stuffed crab back is one of our Créole specialities. Tasty crab meat is mixed with Créole spices and placed in a crab back with a bit of salad and a lemon for zest. Nems or spring rolls are always a favorite and who can come to French St Martin and not have snails in garlic butter?

Our salads make a perfect light lunch while shopping in the smart stores in the marina or nearby downtown Marigot. Fresh greens and real tomatoes make a luscious backdrop for the interesting salad variations we offer from $6 to $10.

Pizza We start making pizzas at 11:30 AM and continue until closing. We have all the usual combinations at prices ranging from $6 to $15 for a 15 inch thin-crust taste delight.

We feature fresh fish, so availability depends on the catch, but you can usually depend on snapper, tuna, mahi-mahi. Shrimp, langoustine, and fresh Caribbean lobster are also available most of the time. Prices range from $13 to $18, except for lobster.

We have several meat dishes on the menu ranging from $13 to $18. Look for ribeye with your choice of peppercorn, Roquefort or mustard sauce (right), lamb chops(left), chicken breast, and more. You should always check the specials.

Stéphane, our pastry chef, is justifiably proud of his chocolate soufflée with a liquid chocolate center. Enjoy it with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream for a genuine taste delight.

Profiteroles arrive at your table full of luscious ice cream topped with chocolate sauce and swimming in a sea of more choclate with whitecaps of whipped cream.

Strawberries come in a light cream sauce with several dollops of whipped cream.
